How to Find Your Authentic Voice In A Relationship

Looking for a crash course in how to get that ever-elusive relationship you have struggled to find?

This is Christine's trailer for the emotionally unavailable workshop

In my 25 years of working with couples I often saw what I refer to as an imbalance of power. It was instantly apparent that one partner was much more vocal about their feelings, while the other almost quietly retreated to the shadows. And, I knew it was imperative to restore this balance so that each person felt heard, understood and validated in the relationship.

When it comes to facing confrontation, what are the reasons so many of us have trouble in this area?

I will show you the 4 key steps to resolving relationship conflict in a whole new way that is both healthy and produces results.

You will learn terminology and concepts to create a framework that makes it safe to discuss all feelings with your partner, so many of those hurt feelings start to melt away.

Successful Stories

Christine was so helpful to me. She taught me how to figure out what I wanted from a person that I wanted to be in a relationship with. She taught me how to ask for what I wanted and not to put up with things I was not ok with. I finally started speaking up for myself. She helped me with romantic relationships, but also relationships with family members and friends.

Thanks Christine!!

Mary S.

Before I began seeing Christine, my relationship with my spouse was such that I didn’t speak up enough for myself. She has given me the tools to advocate for what I want and need and my spouse is treating me much better as a result.

I also have had depression for years and she has given me insight into that and I was able to reach out to a psychiatrist and have a medication added that has helped immensely.

Christine is very easy to talk with and down to earth with practical advice. She’s a wonderful counselor and I’m very fortunate to have found her.

Feeling relatable, safe and heard are 3 reasons why I knew Christine was the therapist for me. From the moment I walked in to her office, I knew I was safe. What I appreciated most is that Christine never let me off the hook. She offered perspectives that I couldn’t see. Identifying those perspectives and creating strategies to work through them set me up for success. Life is good and I feel like me again.

Christine helped me defeat negative self talk so I could instead recognize my value and better tap into it as I embarked on dating and eventually marriage. The communication and relational tools she gave me continue to serve me well in my relationships. I am grateful for her wisdom and advice!
